Even I was failed so many times. So what I prefer is to start with reducing your daily calories intake.

Suppose you should have 2000 cal a day then start cutting down on your calories.

Find your daily calories intake. 

You can find a huge list of High calorie foods and low calorie foods.

Which will help you to plan your own diet plan with fewer calories.

2.Eat Row (Uncooked) vegetables

Row (Uncooked) Vegetables are very helpful which help to burn belly fat. Here is the list of row vegetables which you can easily eat without cooking.

See when you cook it in the oil on high heat for longer period of time then vegetables are almost burned food it cocked foods are burned.

You can Just fill your stomach with that but you will not get any nutrition with that.
